Contact: +46 (0) 70 828 76 60 My jewellery is characterized by clear surfaces and structures. I’m often influenced by nature’s process of degradation and reconstruction. It is an inspiring and harmonious interaction that displays strength but also features a certain gloominess. The surface of this work is a repeated pattern that forms a whole – compound parts which together create a form. For me, the parts are a way to gain insight – small insignificant steps in themselves but jointly powerful and meaningful. I’ve wanted to created something flexible, dark, big, heavy and beautiful. My degree project is a tribute to melancholy – a challenge to all of us to accept its presence, learn from it and bear it with pride.
