Contact: +46 (0) 70 335 17 09 My work comprises a series of portable objects. I call them objects because there’s no word that describes them well. I’ve erased the boundaries. They’re not just jewellery and not just clothes. The starting point is my fascination for the way people adorn themselves: the way we hang clothes and jewellery on our bodies, not just to cover ourselves but also as a striving for something – perhaps status, perhaps to create an identity or maybe to make ourselves more attractive – and the fact that in connection with this there are a number of traditions and norms that we more or less unconsciously adopt and accept.
