Contact: +46 (0) 73 151 87 80 I work in the fields of sculpture and escapist installations in various materials. My previous work includes constructing a labyrinth suspended from the ceiling with walls made of fringed viscose hangings, and playing with feelings connected with flight, play and searching. In this context lighting and music have also been crucial to the feeling of leaving the reality of everyday life and entering a kind of spatially restricted reality, which for me creates a feeling of freedom. As a child I often used to lock myself in the toilet for hours and read comics, think and fantasise. As an adult my imagination is still unmanageable and insistent, even though I seldom have the time to isolate myself so as to give free rein to it. In this installation I’ve devoted myself to this force and let my imagination control the process. |
